Mel and Alan don't let anything phase them. It rained all day but at Peckforton Castle, it's so nice being inside that the guests hardly noticed! It was a pleasure shooting this one, and a real photography challenge too.

We didn't quite get our indian summer this year but some colleagues and I headed out into Royden Park anyway to create a magical spot for a tea party. I'm sure you'll agree these women know how to make a beautiful setting.

Venue dressing was by Elegant Twist, floristry by Blue Orchid, cakes and confectionary by Bella's Cake Pantry and stationery was by Pink Sherbet.

Blue Orchid in Hoylake hosted another open evening last night to showcase the work of their suppliers, of which I'm proud to be one! I wanted to share a few pictures from the evening which I took between shoving big of amazing food and cake in my mouth!
